TYPE 2           A facial massage can smooth away the tension we hold in our faces, leaving us feeling more at ease and relaxed. Step by step Stroke up each side of the jaw line of the forehead. Repeat four or five times. Slowly stroke the forehead rhythmically with the back of your hand from just above the brows to the hairline. Starting at the center of the hairline, slide your thumbs out to the side, applying gentle pressure. Move down the forehead slightly and repeat. Continue this outward stroking pressure until you reach the eyebrows. Place the heel of each hand on the center of the forehead, sliding out to the sides. Repeat three times. Place the first two fingers of each hand on the temples and circle gently for a minute or two, applying a little pressure. Place your thumbs on your  inner eyebrows and slide out to the sides. Pumpkin Hair mask Pumpkin  is an excellent source of vitamin A & C and Zinc. Vitamin A improve hair’s softness and manageability, Vitamin C prevent hair loss.  Zinc can help to produce hair’s natural oil and add strength.                                                                               Pumpkin pieces steamed                                         1 tablespoon honey                                            1 tablespoon castor oil                                            1 tablespoon coconut oil C ut a pumpkin in half remove seeds and chunk ( we will use later), cut outer shell in cubes. Keep pieces in stream over boiling water and cook for about 20 mints until it become soft. Remove outer part from pieces. Add pumpkin and 1 tbl of honey and oils to blender.
